What we collect when you visit, sign up, pay or book. Why we use it. And the rights you have.
Who runs this site
AI Marketing Lab is a brand of ZippyScale, a sole proprietorship of Sandeep Kadyan, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. ZippyScale is the data fiduciary for your personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect and why
| Data | Where it comes from | Why |
|---|---|---|
| First name, email, WhatsApp number and your two answers (what you run, monthly revenue) | The sign-up form on the /call page | To send you the training video and your call details by email and WhatsApp, and to see whether the call fits your business |
| Name, email, phone, business name and website | The Razorpay payment page | To take payment, send your receipt and contact you about your call |
| Payment ID, amount, status | Razorpay | To confirm payment, handle refunds and keep tax records. We never get your card details. |
| Booking details and your answers on the booking form | Cal.com | To schedule and prepare for your call |
| Ad and visit data: pages viewed, video progress, button clicks, ad click IDs (fbclid), campaign tags (utm) | The Meta Pixel and your browser's local storage | To know which ad brought you and to measure our ads |
| Hashed (scrambled) name, email and phone with sign-up, payment and booking events | Sent by our server to Meta's Conversions API | To measure ad results when the browser blocks the pixel |
Cookies and local storage
The Meta Pixel sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies. Your browser's local storage keeps the ad that brought you (utm tags and fbclid). That's attached to your booking. You can clear these any time in your browser settings, block third-party cookies, or manage ads at facebook.com/adpreferences.
Who processes it for us
- Razorpay (payments, India)
- Cal.com (booking, US and EU)
- Meta Platforms (Pixel and Conversions API, US)
- Google (Apps Script, which relays sign-up, payment and booking events to Meta; Google Sheets, which stores sign-ups; email, US)
- GitHub Pages (website hosting) and jsDelivr (video player script)
Some of these store data outside India. We share only what each one needs. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Payment and invoice records: as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
- Contact and booking details: while you're a lead or a client, then deleted once no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.
- Ad and visit data: under Meta's own retention rules; local storage stays until you clear it.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to do these things.
- tell you what personal data we hold and who we've shared it with;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it (unless the law makes us keep it, such as payment records);
- stop using it for marketing, by withdrawing consent;
- name someone to act for you if you die or become unable to.
Email the grievance officer below. We reply within 30 days. See also how to delete your data.
