Delete your data.

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes anything received through Facebook or Instagram.

How to ask

• Email sandy@zippyscale.com with the subject "Delete my data".
• Include the email or phone number you used with us, so we can find your records.

What happens next

• We confirm we've received it within 2 business days.
• We delete your contact, booking and ad data within 30 days and email you when it's done.
• Payment records stay for as long as Indian tax law requires. They're used for nothing else.

Data Meta keeps on its own platforms is controlled by Meta. Manage it in your Facebook or Instagram settings under "Your information and permissions".
