Terms of service.
These terms cover this website and everything you buy from AI Marketing Lab. AI Marketing Lab is a brand of ZippyScale, a sole proprietorship of Sandeep Kadyan, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India ("we", "us"). By paying or booking, you accept them.
1. What's sold on this site
One thing: a 45-minute strategy call with Sandy for ₹999, paid through Razorpay. After payment you pick a time on Cal.com. The call is on video. On it, we map where your clients come from and what to build first.
The call may end with an offer to join the 21 Day Sprint or the Accelerator. You don't have to join. If you do, the ₹999 is credited to the fee.
2. The programs
- 21 Day Sprint: 15 live group sessions, Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 8:30 pm IST, with recordings. You build the system yourself with Claude Code, step by step, alongside Sandy.
- Accelerator: 8 weeks, one to one with Sandy. Limited to 10 seats.
Fees, dates and what's included are confirmed to you in writing before you pay. That written confirmation is part of these terms.
3. Payment
Payments go through Razorpay to ZippyScale, in Indian rupees. Your receipt and invoice come from Razorpay under the ZippyScale name. We never see or store your card details. ZippyScale isn't GST-registered, so no GST is charged.
4. Guarantee and refunds
The First Client guarantee and the rules for the ₹999 call are on the refund and cancellation page. That page is part of these terms.
5. Results
Figures we share about past clients describe what happened for them. Your results depend on your offer, your market and the work you put in. Outside the written guarantee, we don't promise a specific result.
6. Your part
- Give us accurate information.
- Check anything an AI tool writes before you send or publish it.
- Follow the rules of the platforms you use (Meta, LinkedIn, email providers) and the law on outreach and data.
- Keep your own account logins safe.
7. Materials
Session recordings, templates and skill files are for use in your own business. Don't resell or republish them. What you build for your business is yours.
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be excluded still apply.
9. Law and disputes
Indian law applies. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most things get sorted by email.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. What applies to your purchase is the version in force when you paid.
