There is no blanket refund promise on this page. Any refund, cancellation or completion commitment applies only when it appears in the written terms shown to you before payment.
Before enrolment
We will confirm the current offer, price, cohort dates, included support, capacity and purchase terms before asking for payment. Read those terms and ask questions before you enrol.
If you have paid
Your receipt, invoice or enrolment agreement identifies the terms that apply to that purchase. To raise a cancellation, billing or refund question:
- Email the ZippyScale operations inbox at hello@zippyscale.in.
- Include the purchaser name, payment date and enough detail to locate the transaction.
- Do not email card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials.
Nothing here limits mandatory rights
If consumer law gives you rights that cannot be excluded or changed by contract, those rights still apply.
